We collect what we need to get food to your door and nothing else. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

What we collect

Contact details — name, mobile number, email address.
Delivery addresses — the addresses you save, so you do not retype them.
Order history — what you bought, when, and what it cost.
Payment confirmation — the fact a payment succeeded and its reference. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials; those go straight to the payment gateway.
Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, in ordinary server logs.

We do not ask for your date of birth, gender, income, Aadhaar or PAN, and you should not send them.

Why we collect it

To pick, pack and deliver your order, and to let the driver reach you.
To take payment and issue refunds.
To answer you when you contact us about an order.
To meet tax and accounting obligations.
To send the seasonal harvest note, only if you asked for it.

What is stored in your browser

This site keeps a few things in your own browser rather than on our servers. They stay on your device, are readable only by this site, and are never transmitted to us:

Your basket, so it survives moving between pages.
Your saved delivery addresses as entered at checkout.
Any profile edits you make on the account page.
Your chosen colour palette and product list layout.

Clearing your browser's site data removes all of it. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no analytics pixel on this site.

Who else sees it

Only the parties who have to, and only the part they need:

Delivery partners — your name, address and phone number, for that delivery.
Payment gateway — the transaction, handled entirely on their systems.
Our accountants and tax authorities — invoice records, as the law requires.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: [8 years, per your tax obligations].
Account details: until you ask us to delete the account.
Server logs: [90 days], then discarded.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold, correct anything wrong, delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Email haifarmer2025@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to the staff who need it. Payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the Board without delay.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data about children.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material we will update the date at the top and, for account holders, say so by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
